A mural for Vauxhall Tavern in Hull. Painting the Past. Hull's History: This mural celebrates the rich history of Hull through the people, places, and events that shaped the city. From the fight to end slavery led by William Wilberforce, to the bravery of the Headscarf Revolutionaries, and the pride of Hull's fishing, music, and cultural past - each part tells a story. It is a tribute to the strength, spirit, and identity of Hull and its people.
Meet the Artist
Hull, United KingdomI am a Hull-based mural artist and painter. My work ranges from small-scale pieces to large public artworks, including murals that explore local history—such as those at the Vauxhall Tavern on Hessle Road. I work confidently across a variety of styles, from abstract to realistic, and across a wide range of scales. I'm also passionate about miniature model making and I'm always exploring new ways to create and tell stories through my art.
