Meet the Artist
Bristol, United KingdomHi there! I'm Katie, a multidisciplinary Artist and Coach based in Bristol. My unique perspective on art stems from my experience as a Coach, where I have developed a deep understanding of themes such as gender, sexuality, and relationships. My art serves as a reflection of this knowledge and is characterized by its focus on the LGBTQIA+ community and queer topics, bringing visibility to often underrepresented perspectives.
My work is a powerful expression of the complexities of identity and the human experience. I use multiple mediums to add depth and nuance to important conversations, particularly around mental health and LGBTQIA+ topics. From playful posters promoting events to thought-provoking exhibitions that create conversations around big (and sometimes sensitive) topics, and short animations for socials that playfully catch the eye.
I create art that inspires and challenges the status quo.
As a Coach, I help individuals navigate through challenging moments, helping the fog shift and the "I don't know what to do" moments become clearer. I provide much-needed space and time for individuals to be with themselves, helping them navigate their way to their own advice, help, and solutions. I make my clients feel completely seen and heard, helping them regain the confidence to think for themselves.
I am dedicated to creating a more equitable and just world through my work as both an Artist and a Coach. My art is a celebration of individuality and a call for increased understanding and acceptance for all.
