Inspired by Japan’s harmonious landscapes, vibrant colors blend seamlessly into the setting of the colorful garden and vivid butterflies. As a tribute to Japan, the Land of the Rising Sun, the iconic red circle is incorporated multiple times into the mural, adding deeper meaning to the artwork and emphasizing its connection to Japanese identity.
Meet the Artist
Baden, SchweizI’m Andreas, an illustrator with a background in communication and graphic design. After working as a graphic designer, brand designer, and art director in various agencies, I decided to focus on my true passion—illustration.
My work is bold, geometrically reduced, and influenced by my design background. I love incorporating the human body and facial expressions into my illustrations, from dynamic gestures to detailed portraits. I specialize in mural painting, vector-style illustrations for websites, and unique portrait and caricature drawings.
