Kaminfeger Schweiz
I’m proud to present the stamp I had the honor of designing and illustrating for the Swiss Post.
To mark the 125th anniversary of Chimney Sweeps Switzerland, I wanted to create something truly unique. The chimneys are coated with pitch-black scratch-off ink, allowing everyone to “clean” the soot themselves.
Chimney sweeps have long been seen as symbols of good luck — so for the stamp sheet, I also designed small lucky charm stickers to go along with it.
Meet the Artist
Baden, SchweizI’m Andreas, an illustrator with a background in communication and graphic design. After working as a graphic designer, brand designer, and art director in various agencies, I decided to focus on my true passion—illustration.
My work is bold, geometrically reduced, and influenced by my design background. I love incorporating the human body and facial expressions into my illustrations, from dynamic gestures to detailed portraits. I specialize in mural painting, vector-style illustrations for websites, and unique portrait and caricature drawings.
Traveling through Asia, I’ve created murals in different countries, and my journey continues to inspire new artworks. Whether you're looking for a striking mural, a stylized portrait, or a clean vector illustration, I’m here to bring your ideas to life. Let’s create something bold together!
