Hands with Shells by Rosie Gordon in Byron Bay

Hands with Shells

This is a photo-realistic charcoal drawing drawn from a photo that I took myself while visiting a remote Aboriginal community in Arnhem Land, Australia. The local children were swimming in a waterhole and when they saw that I had a camera they came and showed me their treasures, asking me to take their picture. To me this artwork is a symbol of giving and generosity and would make a fitting addition to the office of a nonprofit or charity. This high quality print is a striking conversation-starter in any room of the home. The original is also available, get in touch for details.
