This is a graphite drawing of the Gooderham Building in Toronto. It was a commission for someone ver my fond of Toronto. It took 30-40 hours to complete.
I am an Architectural Assistant/ Conservationist based in Edinburgh and working in Glasgow. Since 2019, I have been working part time on growing my business and art collection.
I have a passion for heritage architecture started to flourish in the last years of my architectural undergrad in Toronto, Ontario which led me to pursue a masters in Edinburgh, Scotland in architectural conservation. Through my time in Edinburgh, I was able to grasp more of the international affairs of architectural/ urban conservation and its impact on its respective country’s economy, politics, identity and tourism.
While seeking a position at a conservation firm after graduation, I began an Instagram page where I posted hand drawn architectural drawings and reached an audience worldwide that allowed for bespoke commissions as well as international sales of my work. I have also been able to participate in international drawing competitions which is was a finalist in.
My background in art and architecture helps me create highly-detailed drawings as well as abstract illustrations of the historic architectural sites with the use of graphite pencil and acrylic markers.
I am always looking to collaborate, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you feel my style is a good fit your home, office, brand, etc.
