Gate of Life
The idea behind this 2 x 3 meter commissioned mural inspired by tree of life and vintage Ottoman painting. The details consist of Azerbaijani patterns and symbols such as fire, flower and pomegranate. Whilst two young characters holding a loaf of bread depict the owner of the restaurant with their core business as an authentic bakery from Azerbaijan. The color scheme was made in dominant red, yellow and orange as the color of the fire, to represent the Azerbaijani motto as "The Land of Fire". The painting symbolizes family, hope for a better life, growing passionately and a strong foundation of their business.
