For Support by Sumi Ishii in Sydney
For Support
"For Support" is an oil painting which depicts two young girls holding hands - the girl on the right being me! At that age, standing upright already requires a conscious effort, and so the act of holding hands becomes instinctive. This painting represents how closeness is automatic and balance is shared.

Sydney, AustraliaI’m I am a Sydney based artist, mainly working in oil paints, but also having experience with realism in graphite pencil. I have been doing art since 2010 and selling artworks since 2020! I particularly love painting vibrant and eye catching images at a large scale. I can do any size, however, I love how immersive and powerful a large artwork can be and I wish to create that feeling!
