The oil painting "Pelican Standing" (2023) uses a reference photo I took in Japan's Chiba Kamogawa Sea World. I was drawn to the pelicans striking and unique figure, combined with the gorgeous contrast between almost pure white highlights and the cool blue shadows. This lighting is typical of Japan's winters, with beautiful clear skies. The painting was done on wood.

I have been doing art since 2010 and selling artworks since 2020! I particularly love painting vibrant and eye catching images at a large scale. I can do any size, however, I love how immersive and powerful a large artwork can be and I wish to create that feeling!
