Film Background by Jon Dowding in Norman Park

I am a Brisbane based artist, painter, and art tutor working with acrylics, oils, watercolours, inks and watercolour pencils on pieces that range from A5 finished watercolours on paper to 3-storey high trompe l'oeil artworks on the side of houses. As a result of working as a designer in the film industry for many years another skill I have developed is to create convincing scenic arts effects - such as making a concrete wall appear to be made of marble or antique timber !
