CULTURE MASH – Tomorrow’s Sandwich A collaboration between INTI x SHU that reimagines the common sandwich as a creative symbol of cultural unity and future food design. Our team blended ingredients from different backgrounds — from Pakistani cucumber inspired by traditional motifs 🇵🇰, to Chinese cabbage, Indonesian batik sardine, and Western white bread — layering flavours, textures, and traditions into one global bite. This “Culture Mash” celebrates how design (and food!) can bring cultures together — stuffed with identity, toasted with pride.
