This piece was not a commission but was done for a mural competition in Denver called "All My Friends" The piece was done with latex based paint and acrylic. It is 12' by 8' and was done outside.
Meet the Artist
Denver, United StatesJust prior to meeting Thom and Blake both experienced life altering scares. One with substance abuse and the other with recently diagnosed epilepsy. This forced them to take their passion for art seriously. With a newfound focus and clarity, the bad boys use their lighthearted view of heavyhearted subject to make approachable art for those who enjoy the modern comic book revival but also want a deeper message in the art they consume.
