Chinoiserie Cherry Blossom Tree Mural
A life size cherry tree in bloom and a pair of Little Egrets in a London garden. I'm known for my large pale birds and was delighted to paint these for lovely clients as egrets live on the nearby marshes. We chose the gorgeous pale pastel sage background to create a very peaceful space. I painted around 2,000 individual cherry blossoms in soft pink shades to create a year round serene Japanese Sakura spring!
Meet the Artist
London, United KingdomI'm a full-time professional mural artist based in East London, and I am incredibly inspired by natural history and obsessed with colour. I create large and small detailed, vibrant murals, inside and out, using acrylic paint and brushes. I paint giant flowers inspired by vintage botanical prints, graceful birds and characterful animals that appear to have stepped from the pages of an old encyclopaedia. Currently Artist In Residence on Toni & Guy ward at King's College Hospital, London.
I have a degree in Fine Art from UAL Central St Martins and have many years of experience in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Italy and Australia.
I am a respectful hard worker and am very tidy and careful at all times. Nothing makes me happier than painting wildlife and I think that shows in my work! I love to see people’s reactions to my work, it seems to bring a lot of joy to my clients' homes, hotels & holiday lets, schools, parks, hospitals, events and businesses.
Do get in touch if you'd like some painted magic in your life!
