Abi and Roz, who work together on every piece to create florals, landscapes, illustrations and abstract paintings. We are passionate about colour and how powerful it can be to lift your mood and build a happy environment. We met while both working at a textile design studio in New York. After returning to the UK and having families, we created Tipperleyhill so that we could see work along side each other again. Abi is right handed and Roz is left handed, so on large canvases, murals and windows we paint simultaneously together. Abi’s strengths are in drafting, illustration and composition and Roz loves mark making, colour blocking and freestyle painting. The fun they have in their friendship and the joy they have in painting together infuses their vibrant and textural work.
