I love to inspire... Ashley, is an accomplished chalk artist renowned for her distinctive and intricate creations. Her journey into the world of chalk art commenced in 2015 when she stumbled upon a contest announcement. At the time, Ashley was grappling with the recent loss of her mother. In a heartfelt tribute to her late mother's memory, she decided to participate in the contest, producing a stunning swan painting. Her exceptional talent quickly caught the eye of local festivals, earning her a coveted spot as a featured artist. This exposure led to widespread recognition from local businesses, resulting in a series of commissioned works. Notably, she counts esteemed national brand LuLuLemon and local establishments such as Lumi Snow, Muggle Shakes, and Flower Market on 7th Street among her esteemed clientele. Beyond her remarkable chalk art paintings, Ashley's artistic prowess has graced prestigious venues like the Oxide Art Gallery and the Amon Carter Art Museum in Fort Worth. One of her standout achievements includes her chalk pastel masterpiece titled "Love is Love," which achieved the distinction of being a finalist for The Hunting Art Prize. This exceptional artwork was prominently showcased during the annual Art Gala in 2015, solidifying Ashley reputation as an artist of remarkable talent and distinction.

I have been a freelance artist for over 10 years. I have done numerous commissions and been invited to several chalk festivals throughout Texas.

I was awarded a grant by the Denton Arts Council to fund my Chalk and Seek program.
