Weyant is an American artist who works in the classical style. -Weyant’s primary medium is oil and acrylic, utilizing a classic palette of earth colors with an emphasis on sculptural form adapted from the Italian and Flemish schools of the 16th and 17th Centuries. -C.P. Weyant is an artist with a renewed interest in portraiture and the human body. -Weyant’s work deals with themes that range from both the classically ideal, to the visceral and violent. -Weyant has worked in virtually every medium that can be applied by the brush.
