About
I am an artist, muralist, and instructor born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, and shaped by my journey growing up in Brooklyn. Now based in Bayonne, NJ, I bring a cross-cultural perspective to my work, rooted in both my Nigerian heritage and my life in the U.S. I have extensive experience creating murals and teaching art, including traveling back to Nigeria to work with young teens while continuing to paint in my free time. My work focuses on historical and traditional themes connected to African culture, as well as my Nigerian-American identity, using visual storytelling to celebrate heritage, community, and lived experience.
