I’ve been a professional artist and muralist for more than 30 years, and I still get excited every time I stand in front of a blank wall or canvas. What inspires me most is the opportunity to tell a story—whether it’s the history of a community, the beauty of the natural world, a person’s legacy, or a moment of faith and hope.
My work has taken me from large public murals and commercial projects to live performance painting, portraits, illustration, and fine art. I’ve had the privilege of creating artwork for organizations and clients connected with Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Margaritaville, Walgreens, Wawa, and many Florida communities. I also helped develop Lake Placid’s mural program and have designed and painted more than 20 murals there.
One of my strongest skills is taking a complicated story with many different elements and turning it into one clear, powerful composition. I love creating artwork that feels cinematic, dimensional, and larger than life—but I also care deeply about the smaller details that make a piece feel personal and authentic.
At heart, I’m a storyteller with a paintbrush. My faith, my family, history, nature, and the people I meet all influence what I create. After all these years, I’m still learning, experimenting, and pushing myself. The best part is seeing someone connect emotionally with something I painted—that’s when I know the artwork has done its job.
