I am a painter and muralist with murals in San Francisco California,Ajo and Tucson Arizona. I began making murals almost 20 years ago with my first large mural being chosen by the Art in storefronts programs first year in San Francisco. After that I made a mural for a community garden, did signs for businesses, a mural in a sandwich shop, and more. I have a bachelor’s degree in fine art from San Francisco Art Institute, and a Masters degree from the University of Arizona, MFA. The Ajo mural project invited artists from Tucson to create murals in their revitalization efforts for the small town. After this first experience I was invited back three more times. I have taught at the university of Arizona classes ranging from figure drawing to painting to Art 101 type classes for undergraduate students. My art work has been shown in SF, Santa Barbara, Ca Tucson, Florida, Bulgaria, and France. My work has been collected in the USA and Germany. I love to paint landscapes, portraits, animals and abstraction.
