About
I am a New York City based artist where I have lived for most of my professional life. A graduate of Parsons School of Design and also studied at the Art Students League of NY. My mentors and teachers at the ASL where masters of their respective mediums. Gustav Rehberger, Frederick Wong and Pail Ching-Bor. I enjoyed a multifacted, multi-displined award winning, creative career. Working in the field of illustration for TV shows like David Letterman and Conan O’Brien and appearing in the Wall Street Journal. Working as an Art Director / Creative Director helping establish iconic brands designing a variety of print, outdoor billboards, fragrance bottles and packaging, Branding for Indy Racing and an Indy Racing team including firesuits, car graphics and event advertising, branding for professional sports stadium for such as J.Crew and IZOD. Creating stage set design for prominent dancers and choreographers Shoko Tamai and Ann Nuo for Broadway and off-Broadway productions. Currently teaching watercolor techniques and process for private study and the City of New York. My watercolor work has been shown with prominent artist Sean Scully and others and is in private collections in Japan, Spain, Canada and the USA.
