About
Charith Wijewardane Mix media artist My name is Charith Wijewardane and permanently residing in Australia for 14 years now and I have been a member of South Australian Illustrators Association for the same time. I am humbly happy to state that I am an all-round Artist who is very capable of using most techniques and methods in drawing field in Oil, water color, abstract, acrylic and digital . I have been in the industry for more than 25 years as an illustrator, inker and a colorist and a cover illustrator. I have sketched, penciled, illustrated and designed more than 500 books including comics, children, fiction and nonfiction. I was fortunate enough to hold my own exhibition in mix media arts in Adelaide with 30 deferent paintings. and it was a very successful one. After I got the opportunity for run the Art Classes in Cooinda Neighbourhood Centre (CITY OF MARION COUNCIL SA) since 2013 My specialty is to work in the fields of fantasy art, comic arts, children book covers, book illustrations and traditional & digital paintings. My passion is to offer the best artistic talent to satisfy my clients and for that I am offering my services using my state of the art studio with Wacom Cintiq 24 HD.
