Youth week by Patrick camino in Williamstown

I am a self taught artist originally from Launceston Tasmania. I started painting murals in 2019 and have since painted more than 25 murals around Tasmania. I have recently moved to Victoria and am excited to start painting on the mainland. I like to paint portraiture and realism. Capturing light and shadow, and playing with composition using my own reference photos to suit the space that I will paint. When starting a project I first like to get a feel of the wall, it's textures and surroundings and then take photos with the space in mind to ensure that the composition of the image I paint is best suited for the space. Often I will take my own photos of people, animals and objects from the local area to add further meaning and story to my paintings.
