Worms - Scott Lavene

This artwork was commissioned as cover art for Musician Scott Lavene's single "Worms". As with most of my artwork I sketched the piece out in pencil first and shared it with him for approval, before inking the line work and darker areas of the image. I then scanned the drawing in and digitally coloured the piece in adobe photoshop. I like using this approach as the line work and shading often retains some of a real and raw feel even once digitised.
