Women’s Circle Retreat

I hosted a Full Moon Women’s Circle on last Samhain celebration, with a colleague of mine (we both work at Drogheda Wellbeing Centre). We did Journalling to release what we didn’t want in our lives anymore, I guided a Thetahealing meditation to for manifestation, as well as facilitated the art workshop where the participants created their own Vision Board using Collage Art. It was amazing and each of them could bring back home their vision boards to be framed or hang up on the wall. The flyer and info was designed by me.
