This was done for a community holiday market for the town of Innisfil. A mural that is 36 by 36 is size.
Meet the Artist
Innisfil, CanadaAs a contemporary impressionist, my artistic journey is an exploration of the delicate balance between suggestion and articulation. I employ a variety of mediums to convey my vision, utilizing the fluidity of watercolors for smaller works, while turning to the vibrancy of acrylics and oils for larger canvases and the durable outdoor-grade paint for expansive murals.
Themes of love, nature, and the depths of human emotion serve as my artistic compass. Meditation plays an integral role in my creative process, as it is in this serene state that the ideas and concepts for my work originate and are expressed.
In my art, I strive to immerse the viewer in a realm that is both familiar and otherworldly. My brushstrokes, often appearing almost accidental, come together harmoniously to create vivid and evocative imagery.
My art invites you to step into another reality, one that resonates with your own experiences and emotions. It's a journey of bright, haphazard strokes that, when observed collectively, form a profound and solid connection between the artwork and the observer. Through this blend of mediums, themes, techniques, and the meditative process, I aim to evoke a sense of wonder and contemplation in those who engage with my creations.
