WAITING ANXIOUSLY IN-BETWEEN
This is an illustration of what my real painting can look like transformed to a wall mural The material used create a dynamic texture relationship. I painted with a thick wet acrylic paint and on top of that I used black Indian ink, so the two materials were interacting while still wet. When the painting dried completely I added lines with a thick, high quality oil stick, of a unique pigment of a pearl. Those highlights apear as you walk by and change your perspective. THE VARIETY OF MATERIAL was used to explore the tension between order and chaos. I wanted to capture the feeling of waiting for change while everything seems to repeat itself endlessly. The intense lime yellow conveys energy and hope, while the black lines burst forth like doubts or challenges. This painting will fill your space with a vibrant reflection on patience and transformation.

I am a "woman of variety" who thrives on adapting to the unique energy and needs of a space. My portfolio spans a wide range of styles, techniques, and concepts, born from a lifelong curiosity that began in childhood. This diverse foundation allows me to navigate between different aesthetic worlds with ease and precision.
With an MFA in Contemporary Art Production & Investigation from the UB, my practice is rooted in the belief that art should captivate curiosity and penetrate the subconscious. Whether I am working on a private canvas or a large-scale mural, I view the act of painting as a performance. My work explores the conceptual intersections of humanity and space, utilizing color, texture, and the human form to guide the viewer into a meditative state.
I offer a rare blend of fine art sensibility and commercial design precision. My background as an Art Director ensures that I understand branding, editorial systems, and the technical side of professional visual reality. I don't just "paint a picture”, I provoke thoughts and feelings.
