Waiheke is me by Juan Kantor in Barcelona

I like to paint as a way to express my admiration towards nature aesthetics, creating fantastic scenarios and creatures to communicate our ultimate belonging to this living planet we inhabit. Vibrant colors, strong contrast and organic compositions are common features of my creations, often displaying wildlife (flora, fauna, mushrooms, etc) and anthropomorphic characters transmuted into surrealistic versions of the life that had inspired in the last decade which I've spent travelling and living across 15 different countries.
