Facilitating collaborative sessions with the various departments at Vision Critical; I worked with the staff to come up with multiple designs based on their input. The final piece was executed within the HQ in Sydney using water based paints so that work wasn't disrupted and the staff were able to contribute and feel a sense of ownership over their environment.
