Varanasi streets, India series

On my travels throughout India I fell in love with the city of Varanasi. The mysterious winding laneways became a daily adventure. I love the ancient history of this city, being one of the oldest cities in the world and still pumping with vibrant energy. I also love the trees winding their way throughout the structures of the buildings. This Oil painting is from a series from a solo show I created over over 20 works from photogrpahs I took in India.
