Valldal
This painting was created using acrylic paint on a 40x30cm stretched canvas.
It depicts a daytime scene in Valldal, Norway, as a woman crunches through the snow towards the bright and colourful natural scenery. In the far distance, beneath a blue sky and wispy clouds, sits a stoic mountain.
This was painted from a photo I took a year previous.

Meet the Artist
Birmingham, United KingdomI love working with colour and composition in everything I do. My paintings focus mainly on street scenes from all around Europe and having travelled extensively around the continent in a converted campervan I have a LOT of inspiration to work from!
I studied Illustration and Graphic Design at University and have loved to draw since I could first pick up a pencil.
I also enjoy creating brand identities for small to medium sized businesses. I get great satisfaction from creating a perfect logo!
