It’s hard not to describe the project as well….uplifting! I collaborated with Tiffany Blaise to create UPLIFT an interactive art installation for Eastside Culture Crawl in Vancouver, BC.
The piece was designed and developed with a group of students aged 16 - 17 in a series of workshops run by Tiffany and myself. Together we taught the students about documentation, storytelling, prototyping & installation. The installation culminated in an immersive experience of 1000 balloons with uplifting messages contributed by the public.
I am an artist with a background in architecture and a passion for creating work that brings people and places to life. I run an interdisciplinary studio that specialises in mural painting, illustration, and sculpture, often working in public spaces to spark connection and joy.
Whether it’s a bold mural, a playful sculpture, or a detailed illustration, I use storytelling and design to create pieces that feel rooted in their surroundings. I love working on projects with a social conscience and always aim to make art that’s engaging, thoughtful, and full of character.
I have had my illustrations exhibited in a large open air solo exhibition in King Cross, I have worked with many local authorities to transform unloved spaces with immersive murals and I have created both temporary and permanent sculpture for public space.
I work with a large group of talented freelancers from craftspeople to mural teams which means my studio expands as needed for the project in hand. This means the we deliver the highest quality art work and no ideas are off the table
