Ultimate Conditioning by SYYPHER in Melbourne
Ultimate Conditioning
My first mural which I completed during the first week of January 2022. The design was created in collaboration with the owner of “Ultimate Conditioning”, a physical fitness centre located in Bacchus Marsh. The brief called for a design for the main equipment room that would not only encourage peak performance from clients but also depicts the owners dedication to his clients individual needs. The mural also features prominently on the Ultimate Conditioning social media pages.
Meet the Artist
Melbourne, AustraliaHey there! I'm a super-flat neon pop artist from Bacchus Marsh, but I’m mostly based in Melbourne, Naarm.
My work focuses on bringing a touch of neon-coloured nostalgia to childhood cartoons. I’m heavily inspired by cartoons, comics, video games, animated films and music.
I’m a traditional and digital artist, in my traditional work I work with acrylics on a wide range of surfaces including canvases, skateboards, wood cuts and just about anything else I can get my hands on.
Super-flat art, originally created Takashi Murakami, is heavily influenced by manga and anime, thereby the movement consists of flat, bold blocks of colour that are void from shadows and highlights. In my work I focus on creating a flat, almost matte look to my pieces, which have been mistaken for digital prints on more than one occasion.
So far in my short career I’ve been lucky enough to exhibit at art fairs such as The Other Art Fair in Sydney and The Inner West Art Fair in Melbourne. I’ve also exhibited in a heap of group shows in Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland, and in 2024 I had my Debut Solo Show at Off The Kerb Gallery in Collingwood.
