Two Sides by LANOLIN in Las Vegas
Two Sides
This is a gouache painting on wood. It has silver leaf accents in the background and a real lizard skull between the two heads. It shows two people holding houses, one with bigger house than the other. That person has the lizard skeleton behind them, showing the over construction of property hurts our world. The person in green with the smaller house has nature thriving behind them, showing that we don't need material items and greed to have a happy life.

Las Vegas, United StatesI am a Las Vegas based artist who graduated from Las Vegas Academy of the Arts, majoring in Visual Arts. The main subjects of my work are animals but I am open to painting anything! I love to paint and my favorite media are acrylic and gouache. Due to my schooling, I have experience in many different media and a variety of styles, I am always up for experimentation. I would love to become a muralist in the future.
