Trick or Treat Miniature by Melissa Lyon in Los Angeles

I am a Los Angeles based Artist and Production Designer. As an artist I primarily work with acrylic and oil paint on canvas, to larger scale Murals, graphite sketches, non union set wall scenicing for film as well as creating miniatures. I love all forms of art, but I specifically love creating beautiful scenery, like a trail into a forest, as seen in my cover photo, but can paint and draw a full range of art. Ive been painting and drawing ever sense I can remember, took art classes in high school and college, but honestly, I like that freedom of expression outside of a school setting.
