Translucent Mumbai
An Immersive Mural Experience at Mumbaikar Vadapav" is a captivating mural commission for the new Mumbai street food restaurant in Kenton. Spanning 10.5 x 6.5 meters and nine walls, the mural aims to visually explore the vibrant city of Mumbai. The word "translucent" implies transparency, offering glimpses into the city's layers and complexities. Created within five days, this immersive mural transports visitors into the energetic atmosphere of Mumbai, complementing the authentic street food experience provided by Mumbaikar Vadapav. It celebrates the city's culture, heritage, and people, creating a memorable and dynamic ambience for guests.
Meet the Artist
London, United KingdomI am a London-based artist and I come from a fine art background with 10+ years of experience in painting, filmmaking and design. My area of expertise is visual storytelling, in which I love to build up a story within the painting that facilitates and enhances the visitor's experience in the environment. I graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2020, and experience working in London, Los Angelos, Hong Kong and Taiwan. My works range from fiction films to multimedia projects.
