The Wizard and His Friend by Christy Conant in Johnstown

Born and raised in Colorado, I've spent most of my life drawing, painting, and taking photos! I mostly paint with acryilics, and I am working on a coloring book right now. I am a master at painting and drawing flowers-particularly roses-but I yearn to get good with portraits! So far, I'm fairly competent with pet portraits. Over the years, commissions from family come and go, but I hope for is someone to hang my art up in their home! I graduated a few years ago with a Cinema Studies Production degree from CU. I learned a lot, but the application of film in todays world is constantly shifting and getting more complicated. I love the medium, but I struggle to utilize the craft for myself in the high risk field. I thrive working on other's ideas! I've been Set/Art Director, Director of Photography, and 2nd Assistant Camera on various projects outside University. I'm particularly effecient at Color Grading with DaVinci. So basically, yes I can draw, I can paint, I am fricken awesome with a camera, and anything I don't know how to do in relation to those three things, there's no one who could stop me figuring it out!
