The wedding Table
One of my favorite recreations I had the opportunity to do. A commission I got in 2025 by a client in London for the famous “Wedding Table” after Marc Chagall. The original had a very large, horizontal format: 64 × 800 cm . The scale and horizontal shape of the Wedding table suggest it was intended as a decorative banner. I had the mission to recreate it on a diptych canvas in 180x30cm.In the work I used only diluted acrylic paint to replicate the watercolor effect the original posses.
