The Universe in Her Hair
I was invited to join the 46th edition of the Assilah Art Festival, in the small Atlantic town of Asilah, Morocco. Since the late 1970s, this festival has been bringing artists together to paint the walls of the old town.
My mural tells the story of the infinite Universe, portrayed through a woman’s face. Her deep blue hair holds hundreds of tiny stars — each one representing a person. Because I believe we all have a place in this world. We all have the power to shine, to leave something good behind, to inspire.
This piece is a reminder that nothing in the universe is separate — every detail, every moment matters. It’s about being in the right place, at the right time.
The mural brought joy to the community, proving once again that art belongs to everyone.

Amsterdamas, OlandijaI am Aušrinė Pudževytė. Born and raised in Lithuania, I discovered my passion for painting and art at a very young age. Since that time, I followed my heart in every step I take which led me to the most beautiful places in the world as well as very interesting, supportive, and authentic people on this earth. Over the years, my work has evolved from small canvases to expansive murals that tell stories, celebrate diversity, and connect communities. My artistic style is an eclectic blend of semi-realistic, abstract, and street art, reflecting both my personal experiences and the rich cultures I encounter on my adventures.
