Hyperrealistic sculpture "The Shuffler" expresses that the human body is its own work of art, including wrinkles and lines in the face as visual expression of someones life and identity. The subject, Mr Tak Wong an 87 years man, originally from Hong Kong whom served in the Royal Hong Kong police force before migrating to Australia. He prides himself on being very disciplined with routine in his life, including running everyday. This unassuming man is a silent hero inspiring a community. The sculpture has tiny details of indents, natural markings, wet eyes and strong yet thin muscles that create the illusion of Mr Wong on his afternoon run.
