The Rocker
This is an acrylic painting with metallic gold paint. She is the Rocker, and the second of a series of woman that have been painted. These pieces create themselves for when I started them, I did not have a vision, and to the very end there was no preconceived image of how she would appear until she come forth like a sculpture from marble. She is the rocker because she is mischievous, sly, and marches to the beat of her own drum.

I have been creating, in many ways, through cooking, photography, multimedia, and sketching since 2004, but truly found my passion in paint a little over 3 years ago. I have been painting murals and gallery art since 2022 and love taking commissions and event gigs to help others' visions come to life regardless of the medium <3!
