I created this piece to represent the journey from start to finish of life, this is my life mostly in the beginning, I grew up in a cult and once I broke away from that when u was 18 the journey since has been a whirlwind, which I feel everyone can relate to at certain points in our lives, then in the final square is the end. In this piece you will find board game pieces, fortunes, dice, computer pieces, yarn, glass, records, spray paint and acrylic paint.

Hi I'm Monday I am a contemporary abstract artist. My passion for art started when I was a child but was in the background of my life until I got older. After being an art teacher for children with disabilities for a couple years that sparked some new life into my own art. A couple years later in 2020 I painted my first piece and from there everything has continued progressing. I take inspiration from my heritage, personal life experiences and emotions. Each of my pieces tell a story and are paired with songs to convey emotion in a visual and audio experience.
