This was the first mural I had done. The placement was a bit challenging due to being on a loft area but with scaffolding it was sorted.
The store boasts a real rawness and honesty to it, focusing on sustainability + finding beauty in the basics. The beige and natural aesthetic is what I wanted to encapsulate
The mural consists of a desert theme, emphasising the charm in neutrality and the favoured warm colour pallet.

Meet the Artist
Newcastle, Australiamy art journey started in 2019 with unemployment, covid lockdown and lots of spare time. I am based in Newcastle (but love any excuse to travel) and established my business here - I do markets, exhibitions and murals all around the local area and have recently joined a studio for a private place to paint.
I am inspired by pastels and focus on a simplistic colour palette in all my art that meshes together well. I love creating wacky dreamscapes that will usually include characters, cats and a multitude of eyes.
My next focus in my business is to make my mark in the Newcastle area but doing larger scale pieces and ideally make it my full time gig!
