The Admirality by Rob in London
The Admirality
In order to bring about the sense of naval pride, history and drama of the battle, a Fuller pub by the name of The Admiralty brought me in to recreate "an old oil painting" mural. The ship is based on the HMS Victory which was sailed by Lord Nelson at the battle of Trafalgar.
The entire mural was brush painted and then had a smoky glaze applied over the top to protect the artwork and also add a layer of hazy cannon soot.

Anything hand painted is always a worthwhile investment as it will evoke a very tangible and human touch to any space. In the over saturated market of vinyl and digital pieces that are so common today, the marks made by paint stand out and outlive those of their pixel based counterparts.
Through many years of experience I have developed skills across a wide range of mediums and bring a long standing history of helping my clients get the most out of every project.
