I have had this pink stuffed rabbit Mr. Bunni since I was 14. I was inspired by him during my shattered series. He has been my best friend growing up. I painted him as a jack rabbit. It felt very Alice in Wonderland. This was the only painting of the shattered series that didn't start with an older under painting. Here the galaxy space and time butterflies emerge!

Meet the Artist
Newkirk, United StatesI am an Oklahoma based artist. I grew up in Oklahoma and just returned after 20 years. Love inspires all my work. I have been passionate about art for my entire life. I've done commissions for a few business but mostly, I've worked with private clients. I graduated suma cum laude with my degree in Fine Arts, in 2011. I have amazing technical skills. My last show was a group show at Studio Noho, in Los Angeles. It was called tiny embers, small paintings with big ideas. Through the years I have been working mainly in surrealism. Which, I fell in love with thanks to Kay Sage, Dali, and Frida. I would love to work on something for you.
