Temporary Chalk Installation for Balz Klub Smoking Room by Sarah in Berlin

As a temporary artistic intervention, we transformed the smoking room at Balz Klub in Basel into a cosmic visual experience. Using white chalk on a black-painted wall, we created a linear star structure featuring moons, planets, and orbiting lines. The ephemeral artwork reacted beautifully to the ambient lighting and drifting cigarette smoke, giving the illusion of an expanded, floating space. A minimal, surreal, and immersive intervention – created to exist for one night only.
