Tarragona
This painting was created using acrylic paint on a 40x30cm stretched canvas.
It depicts an street scene in the beautiful Spanish town, Tarragona. The blues and oranges really stand out against the dark colours which serve to frame the painting. The different tones of light and colour have been flattened down to create a picture of stark geometric shapes.

Meet the Artist
Birmingham, United KingdomI love working with colour and composition in everything I do. My paintings focus mainly on street scenes from all around Europe and having travelled extensively around the continent in a converted campervan I have a LOT of inspiration to work from!
I studied Illustration and Graphic Design at University and have loved to draw since I could first pick up a pencil.
I also enjoy creating brand identities for small to medium sized businesses. I get great satisfaction from creating a perfect logo!
