Swimming pool murals by Vanita in Delhi Division

I did a series of paintings next to a pool in a hostel in Egypt. The first wall depicts how confused a backpacker is, in a foreign new place. Second wall shows how they slowly become a part of this hostel rafiki (friend in swahili) and does many activities around the place and makes friends. The third wall shows how they create valuable memories and family when they leave. The empty boxes on the third wall are intentional blank boxes to put up actual polaroid pictures of the hostel and it's guests
