Stherland Shire Animal Shelter, Taren Point
Sutherland Shire Council had the vision to beautify the Animal Shelter
in Taren Point. The brief was to create a mural that encapsulated a
fun, lively energy, to bring vibrancy to the concrete surrounds. I chose
a bright colour palette, with sweet, joyful animals. It was created to be
admired by a wide variety of ages and visitors looking for a furry family
member.
Meet the Artist
Woolooware, AustraliaMy name is Taiya, Muralist and Graphic Designer. Having graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Art and Design have always been my passions. I painted by first mural along the famous Bondi Sea wall and was totally hooked! I enjoy designing with purpose and communicating a story through my work!
