Skybound Dissonance by Caleb Williams in Asaba

Skybound Dissonance

In my illustration, a sleek skyscraper stands against a starkly divided sky - one half a deep orange, the other a faint blue. Below, a barren landscape stretches out with half-dead trees and lifeless branches. A few remaining leaves cling to twigs, a poignant reminder of what's been lost. The contrast between the thriving skyscraper and desolate landscape comments on the devastating impact of human actions. Through this illustration, I aim to capture the urgent need for climate action, inviting viewers to contemplate the consequences of our choices. - Medium: Mixed media (acrylic, ink, and digital elements) - Size: 46" x 58" - Location: Created in my studio in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria - Materials: Canvas, acrylic paints, ink, and digital software (Adobe Photoshop) This is a personal masterpiece from my collection.
