Silver Birch Abstract 1
I was commissioned to create two large scale canvases for a client that matched the current interior of their living room. We met on two occasions to discuss what colours they liked, so I could see the interior and I could get colour and pattern matches. I also looked at artwork that they currently had around the house to get a feel of what they liked. I created this piece using layers of tissue paper and layers of acrylic paint. The painting is sealed with gloss varnish. It goes together with Silver Birch Abstract 2.

Meet the Artist
London, United KingdomLondon based artist. Inspired by people, places, feelings and emotions. I produce a variety of work ranging from sketches, abstracts, landscapes, seascapes and expressive pieces about things that happen in my life. I love meeting people and hearing their story. Everyone has their own story, I use art as a way to express mine. It's important for me to make art accessible, whether that's through price point, sharing my process, engaging with the public or creating a sketchbook of memories of a special occasion such as a wedding or an event. I am very versatile as an artist and enjoy using a variety of mediums. I also really enjoy painting live and working with the public outdoors.
